She was predeceased by: her husband Bruce Harry McKechnie; her parents, Douglas MacLachlan and Eleanor MacLachlan (Porterfield); and her brothers, Robert, David and Richard MacLachlan.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth G. McCaffrey (Jennifer) of Enfield, Stuart D. McKechnie (Desarae) of Billings, MO, Heather K. Sargent (Ben) of Havelock, NC, Michael B. McKechnie (Stephanie) of Mustang, OK and Deanna L. Rensing (Orzo Miller) of Breese, IL; her sisters, Doris Cole and Lois Pepin of Rockville; and her sister-in-law Betty MacLachlan of Coventry. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren.
