It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy D. Biram (East Windsor, Connecticut), born in Dayton, Ohio, who passed away on December 21, 2022, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his mother Bessie Biram (Watkins); his brothers, Roy Biram, Gary Biram and Arthur Wilhoit (Nancy); and his son Adam Biram.
He is survived by: his brothers, Ray Biram and Charles Wilhoit of California; his children, Bari (Jeffrey) of Feeding Hills, MA and Bret (Tara) of West Springfield, MA.; his grandchildren, Bailey, Ashlyn, Drew, Casey and Lily; and his pets, Tigger and Scruffy. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
