He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Hoffman and Margaret Flaherty Hoffman; and his brothers, Jerry and Barry. He is survived by: his wife Pat; his sister Margaret Hoffman of Broad Brook; his sister-in-law Germaine Hoffman; his nephew Douglas Hoffman (Sharon); his niece Amy Pinder (Dan) of Palm City, FL; his great-nieces, Jessica LaChance (Stefen) and Kristen Hoffman; his great-nephew Timothy Easter of Broad Brook; his cousin Wally Koetsch of Enfield; his caregiver Eileen; and also, Tristen and Camden of Ellington.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Connecticut Trolley Museum, PO Box 360, East Windsor, CT 06088.
