He is survived by: his wife Carolyn; his children, David, Diane (Joseph) and Michael (Lori); his grandchildren, David, Jake, Jodi, Michael, Samantha and Sara (Brian); his sisters, Ellen (Jay) and MaryAnn; and his sister-in-law Sandy. He is also survived by two great grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
