He was predeceased by: his parents, Jean Foster (Cohen) and Robert F. Foster. He is survived by: his wife Mary; his sons, Steven (Emily), Ryan and Ben; his granddaughters, Madelyn and Lillian; and his brothers, Richard Foster (Carline) and Donald Foster (Rena). He is also survived by nieces and nephews, many very special friends.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Thomas L. Neilan & Sons East Lyme Funeral Home (48 Grand St, Niantic, CT 06357).
