It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Edward Kelly (East Lyme, Connecticut), who passed away on November 27, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Schoof and Edward Kelly; his son Scott; and his grandsons, Bryan and Jay.
He is survived by: his friend Sandra; his wife Sandra; his children, Kim, Robert (Leslie), Jeff (Sherry), Kevin (Katie), Keith (Jan) and Kara Berry (Tim); his grandchildren, Chris (Erin), Kyle (Amber), Shannon, Tyler, Kassie (Matt), Britney (Aaron), Kari (Seth), Wade (Olivia), Molly, Matt and Chad (Julia); his great grandchildren, Braylin, Harper, Carson, Cora, Emerson, Drew, Bodhi, Fiadh, Nora, Maren, Jack, Mae and Kennedy; his nieces and nephews, John (Cindy), Jim, David (Carol), Carole (James), Bob and Suzie; and his caregiver Ashley.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Lutheran Church (24 Society Rd, Niantic, CT 06357).
