He was predeceased by: his father William Clark Cullen; and his brother Patrick Michael Cullen. He is survived by: his mother Inez Cullen (Horan) of Niantic; his siblings, Margaret (Karen) of Atlantis, FL and William (Donnette) of Oakdale; and his sister-in-law Suzanne Ammann. He is also survived by his three nephews and one niece, 6 great nephews and three great nieces.
