He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Scarvalone Smallidge. He is survived by: his stepson Michael (Michele); his stepgrandchildren, Lucas and Lily; his stepson Timothy (Carolyn); his stepgrandsons, Brandon and Tyler; his stepson Andrew; his stepgrandchild Caitlin; his stepchildren, Zoe, Zane and Zeke; and also, Dorcus (Donnell), Hugh, Jane, Nathan and Robert. He is also survived by his four sons, their wives.
