With heavy hearts, we announce the death of James W. Ball of East Killingly, Connecticut, born in Morgantown, West Virginia, who passed away on February 21, 2023 at the age of 71. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of James W. Ball to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Ball and Ida B Ball (McCartney); and his brother Shelby Ball (Matt). He is survived by: his wife Robin L. Ball; his siblings, Susan Maynard (John) of Horsehead, NY and Ryan D. Ball of Gillett, PA; his daughter Tammy Russell of Danielson, CT; and his stepdaughters, Julie Steele of Southport, NC and Terri Adams (Steele) of East Killingly, CT. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and other family members.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, the Connecticut Audubon Society, or other nature conservation of choice.
