He is survived by: his parents, Anna Burlingame (Jennings) and Corliss Burlingame; his wife Jane; his son Joshua (Desiree Burlingame); his grandchildren, Alissa and Abby; his sons-in-law, Sarah Davis and Wendell Davis; his grandchildren, Garrett, Brendan, Evan, Emily, Carlos Devitis, Gabriel, Anna, Dominic and Anthony; his brother Stephen; his sisters-in-law, Sue Burlingame and Joan Burlingame; and his siblings, Paul, Don, Gary, Wendy and David Huntley.
