Debra G. Opperman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Debra G. Opperman of East Killingly, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 12, 2025 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Goodspeed and Pearl Goodspeed (Dunican). She is survived by: her husband Walter E. Opperman, Sr.; her sons, Jon Baxley (Ashley) and Josh Baxley (Lisa); her grandchildren, Nicole, Caitlyn, Jake, Brianna, Travis, Logan, Austin, Justyce, Chelsea and Alyssa; her daughter Cari An Briad (Baxley); her siblings, Jeff Goodspeed (Barbara), Billy Goodspeed, Randy Goodspeed, Bonnie Woodward (Woody) and Lisa Goodspeed; her sisters-in-law, Martha and Susan; and her friends, Joan Fox and Barbara Anderson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tillinghast Funeral Home - Danielson (433 Main St, Danielson, CT 06239). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Tillinghast Funeral Home (433 Main St, Danielson, CT 06239). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 11:45 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery.
