He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Ameede Hansen and Bertha DeFosse Carney. He is survived by: his son Andrew James "AJ" Hansen; his stepchildren, Robert, Bekki Bronwell of Norwich, CT, Julianne and David Thompson of Shrewsbury, MA.; his siblings, Robert A. Hansen, Betty MacFarland and Jeanette Thoutte; and his stepfather James Carney. He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews, and cousins.
His loved ones are thankful his passing has relieved a decade of living with Parkinson's Disease.
