Though her name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Rose leaves upon the hearts of her loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of her spirit and the richness of her legacy.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kent and Rosella Kent (Aldrich); her husband Gerald Desbiens; and her daughter Edie Marango. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Desbiens (William Marsland) of Branford and Gary Desbiens (David Sanchez) of San Juan; her grandchildren, Jonathan Marango, David Marango and Jennifer Cox; and her friend Marilyn Wenzel of New Haven. She is also survived by great grandchildren, numerous nieces/nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home & Cremation Service (43 Kirkham Ave, East Haven, CT 06512). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 4:50 PM at the same location.
