Richard Molster Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Richard Molster of East Haven, Connecticut, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 30, 2024 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Molster and Bridget Molster (Gilheany). He is survived by: his wife Joan Molster (Johnson); his children, Dave Molster (Kimberly) of East Haven, Richard Molster Jr. of East Haven, Randy Molster (Misty) of East Haven and Melissa Romanelli (Matt) of Guilford; his grandchildren, Daniel Molster, Brianna Molster, Angelo Caramanica, Savannah Molster, Ava Molster, Hailey Molster, Erin Molster, Zander Molster, Gracelyn Martone and Martino Romanelli; his great grandchild Jaxson Dugee; and his siblings, Charlotte Cohen, Lois Burton of North Haven and John Molster of West Haven. He is also survived by many nieces/nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 6th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clancy-Palumbo Funeral Home & Cremation Service (43 Kirkham Ave, East Haven, CT 06512). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, January 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church (80 Taylor Ave, East Haven, CT 06512).
