It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph N. Abate of East Haven, Connecticut, born in New Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on December 4, 2020, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his spouse Meghan Curran Abate; his parents, Prisco Abate and Theresa Fryer Landolfi; his stepparents, Lucia Abate and Domenic Landolfi; his daughter Vienna Rose; his brothers, Andrew Calandrelli (Andrea), Prisco Abate, Jr. (Stephanie), Michael Abate (Ashley), Stephen Tarquino (Kim Jassil) and Marisa Tarquino (Steve Torquati); his parents-in-law, Stephen and Martha Curran; and his brother-in-law Jack Curran. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The church is strictly limited to 100 people, masks and social distancing always required for all services.
