Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint John leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Iovene, Sr. and Carmela Iovene. He is survived by: his wife Carol Iovene; and his son Anthony Iovene. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 1st 2024 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the East Haven Memorial Funeral Home (425 Main St, East Haven, CT 06512). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Pio of Pietrelcina Parish- Our Lady of Pompeii (355 Foxon Rd, East Haven, CT 06513). A graveside service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 from 10:45 AM to 11:15 AM at the All Saints Cemetery (700 Middletown Ave, North Haven, CT 06473).
