With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dolores Scelzo of East Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on March 5, 2025 at the age of 85. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dolores Scelzo to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her husband Gaetano "Tommy" Scelzo; her parents, Charles and Madeline Triano Marra; and her siblings, Mary Giannone and Joseph Marra.
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Michele Wrenn (Daniel), Mara Rogers (Larry Clark), Michael Giannone, Mark Giannone (Lisa), Dominique Marra Tecotzky, Matt Marra and Arram Marra; and her sister-in-law Mona Marra.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Iovanne Funeral Home, Inc. (11 Wooster Pl, New Haven, CT 06511). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, March 19th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the East Lawn Cemetery (58 River St, East Haven, CT 06512).
