He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick J. Winston and Frances Condon Winston; and his brother Patrick Burke. He is survived by: his siblings, Betsy Kallenbach of Plainville and Frederick M. Winston of East Haven. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
