He was predeceased by: his wife Barbara A. Verboski Bakutis; his parents, George Bakutis and Wanda Bakutis; and his son Brian J. Bakutis. He is survived by: his sons, Charles R. Bakutis, Jr. and William M. Bakutis (Valerie); his daughter-in-law Tammy Bakutis; his grandchildren, Amanda (Trevor), Billy (Bryana), Nick, Blacey, Rachel (Zach), Morgan and Krystle (Perry); his great grandchildren, Payton Rose, Althea and Sidney; and his siblings, June Ardolino and Frank Bakutis (George Bakutis, Jr.).
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the North Haven Funeral Home (36 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473).
