Casey Switaj Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Casey Switaj of East Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on February 3, 2025 at the age of 73. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Switaj and Stephania Burdeńska Switaj; and his brother Mitchell Switaj. He is survived by: his wife Sophia Switaj; his daughters, Annie Lavigne (Andrew), Margaret Keady (Brian), Diana Switaj (Erin) and Kristina Taylor (Ken); his grandchildren, Rowan, Finley Keady, River, Rain Lavigne and Draven Taylor; and his siblings, John Switaj and Sophia Sweeney.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the North Haven Funeral Home (36 Washington Ave, North Haven, CT 06473). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Stanislaus Church (9 Eld St, New Haven, CT 06511).
