She was predeceased by: her husband Stanislaw Slupek; her parents, Kazimierez Bumaznik and Maria Bumaznik; her daughter Jolanta Trusewicz; her granddaughter Ewa Trusewicz; and her siblings, Zygmund Bumaznik and Antonina Wojnilo.
She is survived by: her children, Bozena Matusik (Edward) of East Hartford, Jadwiga Dudarewicz (Miroslaw) of East Hartford and Marcin Slupek (Beth) of South Windsor; her grandchildren, Krzysztof Matusik of Enfield, Anna Matusik of New Britain, Marlena Abbott (Steven) of Newington, Aneta Dudarewicz (Abigail) of East Hartford, Kayla Slupek of South Windsor, Jacob Slupek of South Windsor, Alaina Slupek of South Windsor and Agnieszka Jaskorzynski (Wojtek) of Poland; her great grandchildren, Landon, Mia Abbott, Leo Dudarewicz and Kacper Jaskorzynski; and her son-in-law Witold Trusewicz of Poland.
