He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth G. Harley and Carol M. Harley (Clegg); his siblings, Thomas Harley (Christine), Steven Harley (Pamela) and Karen Harley; and his in-laws, Ernest and Patricia Heath. He is also survived by ses his wife and parents.
