He is survived by: his daughter Tammi; his siblings, Brendan and Marie; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Burke, John Jr., Cheryl Barile of Coventry Connecticut, Kyle Puchalsky and Rachael Kennedy; and his great grandchildren, John, Allyssa, Alex, Tommy and Courtney. He is also survived by his children and spouses.
