She was predeceased by: her husband Allen S. Hayward; her daughter Carol; her grandson Luke; and her siblings, Dorothy Zboray and Eugene Phaneuf.
She is survived by: her cousin Marian Lawton; her sister-in-law Diana Phaneuf; and her close friends, Jean Jones and Jane Duval. She is also survived by 8 grandsons, 3 granddaughters, 5 great-grandsons, 5 great-granddaughters, 2 great-great-grandsons and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
