With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phyllis A. Dugger of East Hartford, Connecticut, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on November 25, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert C. Dugger, Sr.; her parents, Edgar Beaumont and Phyllis Alberta Beaumont (Norse); her siblings-in-law, Charles Dugger and Jean Beaumont; and her niece Marianna Beaumont.
She is survived by: her children, Robert (Janice Dugger) of Glastonbury and Charlene (Jeffrey Rubacha) of Manchester; her grandchildren, Suzie Scheffler, Katie Goodrich (Dave) and Rob Dugger (Kate); and her great grandchildren, Andy, Mikey Scheffler, Michele, Charles Dugger and William Goodrich. She is also survived by nephews, their spouses and their children.
