Foley (East Hartford, Connecticut), born in Spokane, Washington, who passed away on September 13, 2019, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Francis Foley and Janice Margaret North Foley; and his sister Coleen Bolduc. He is survived by: his children, Shawn and Mary of California; and his sisters, Eileen Remillard of Manchester, Janice Kozur of North Carolina and Rose Mary Wyche of North Carolina. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
