She was predeceased by: her parents, Ulcѐs Eugene and Elina Eugene (Germinal). She is survived by: her husband Pierre Julmisse of East Hartford; her children, Martin Julmisse (Katarzyna) of New Britain, Judith Julmisse of East Hartford, Philomise Julmisse of East Hartford and Pierre Julmisse of East Hartford; her siblings, Dieudonne Eugene and Gislѐne Eugene; and her grandchildren, Aaliyah Jackson, Daniel and David Julmisse.
