He was predeceased by: his parents, Wincenty Dziewaltowski and Maria Dziewaltowski (Janulewicz); and his brother Stanislaw Dziewaltowski. He is survived by: his wife Halina Dziewaltowski (Muchlado); his sons, Richard J. Dziewaltowski of Vernon and Bob Dziewaltowski (Agnes) of Coventry; his grandchildren, Alex Dziewaltowski of Vernon, Daniel Dziewaltowski of Glastonbury, Adam Dziewaltowski of Wyoming, Chris Dziewaltowski (Heather) of Tolland, Annette Kinghorn (Andy) of Ellington and Amy Salcedo (Luis) of South Windsor; and his sister Kristina Otero (Carlos) of Meriden. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren; and seven nieces and nephews.
