It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jeanne R. Phipps of East Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on March 11, 2023, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Eli Levasseur and Agnes Cote Levasseur; her husband Hubert Phipps; and her children, Robert and Elaine.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Phipps (Denise), Mary Gebhart (Stephen) and Judy Deleeuw (Dave); her sister Beatrice Violette; her grandchildren, Jeffrey Cohen (Erinn), Laura McGuire (Brian), Damian Lahey, Justin Phipps and Katherine Phipps; and her great grandchildren, Sadie, Lea, Alice, Essie and Delilah.
