It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Caffrey of East Hartford, Connecticut, born in Meriden, Connecticut, who passed away on December 25, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John R. Hart and Magdaline Hart (Kuczala); her husband Carroll A. Caffrey; her son-in-law Terry Jandreau; and her siblings, Edward Hart, Patricia Zygmont, Eileen Eno and Mary Jane Hart.
She is survived by: her children, Tony Caffrey (Hildy) of Branford and Kayci Jandreau of East Hartford; her grandchildren, Kallee Jae Jandreau, Brendan Caffrey and Alyssa Caffrey; and her great grandchildren, Emery Laine and Elyse Jean. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
