James left this world on January 10, 2025 at the age of 77, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Nelligan and Madeline Nelligan (Stockwell). He is survived by: his siblings, Daniel "Butch" Nelligan (Rosemarie) and Eileen Nargi (Nelligan) of East Windsor; his cousin Frank Nelligan; and his sister Maryanne Wallison.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Farley-Sullivan Funeral Home (34 Beaver Rd, Wethersfield, CT 06109). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
