We are sad to announce that on January 29, 2024, at the age of 95, Harry Smith of East Hartford, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Smith (Lysak); and his parents, Gertrude Smith (Shepherd) and George Smith. He is survived by: his children, Kristine (Kaluk) and Richard Meinert; his grandchildren, Kathryn, Rosemary, Patricia, Mary and Damian Thibodeau; his great grandchild Anastasia; his granddaughter Irene Cistulli (Kaluk); his great grandchildren, Maria, Alex Steele (Torey), Nicholas Steele and Julia Steele; and also, Violet, Wesley, Autumn and Opal.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests expressions of sympathy in his memory be made to either Saint John the Baptist Ukrainian Catholic Church, 26 New London Turnpike, Glastonbury, CT 06033 or Saint Michael's Ukrainian Catholic Church, 35 Allen Street, Terryville, CT 06786.
