It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gaston C. Doyon (East Hartford, Connecticut), born in Saint-Prosper-de-Dorchester, Québec, who passed away on December 7, 2019, at the age of 67, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Philippe Doyon and Simone Doyon (Roy); and his siblings, Bertha Poulin (late Gaétan Poulin), Yvette Doyon, Brigitte Doyon, Charles Doyon (Monique Carrier) and Guy Doyon (Erma).
He is survived by: his significant other Line Doyon (Grondin) of East Hartford; his children, Jason Doyon (Chelsea) of Vernon and Jennifer Doyon of East Hartford; and his siblings, Therese Morin (late Henri Morin) of Canada, Louisette Morin (Yves) of Canada, Claire Giguere (Claude) of Canada, Lise Gilbert (Claude) of Canada, Monique Doyon of Canada, Pauline Lessard (late Ghislain Lessard) of Canada, Carmen Lacasse (Roger) of Canada, Jacques Doyon (Charline Poulin) and Yves Doyon of Canada. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer's Association CT Chapter, 200 Executive Boulevard, Suite 4B, Southington, CT 06489-1058 or to a charity of the donor's choice.
