He was predeceased by: his wife Janet Rodriguez (Goodin); and his parents, Asuncion Rodriguez and Alejandra Rosario Rodriguez. He is survived by: his children, Frank Rodriguez (Cristina) of Hartford, Richard Rodriguez (Marisol), Kenneth Rodriguez of East Hartford, Michelle Rodriguez of East Hartford and Michael Rodriguez (Damaris) of South Windsor. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to the Cathedral of Saint Joseph, 140 Farmington Ave., Hartford, CT 06105.
