It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Foley Charlene (East Hartford, Connecticut), born in Staten Island, New York, who passed away on February 3, 2019, at the age of 65, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother-in-law Virginia Foley (Dzikiewicz) of East Hartford; her sister Michelle Handlin of Fairless Hills; and her brother-in-law Douglas K. Foley of Manchester. She is survived by: her husband Reggie; her daughter Erica L. Foley (Joseph Dolens) of Palm Gardens, Fla.; her father-in-law Reginald E. Foley Sr. of Suffolk; her grandchildren, Matthew Wojnilo and Hailey Wojnilo; and her stepson Matthew R. Foley. She is also survived by friend who was like a family member, Gary Berman and his wife, Joy, of Simsbury; many other special friends.
