He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Bak and Joseph Bak; his wife Doris (Miner); and his siblings, Stanley Bak of Middletown, Raymond (Barbara Bak), John Bak of Middletown, Stephanie (Mitch Balamucki), Cecelia (Walter Tobias), Josephine Tenerowicz (Jane) of Meriden and Rudolph Pavelka of Middletown.
He is survived by: his nephew Bob.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Church (79 S Main St, Middletown, CT 06457).
