He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Chouinard; and his parents, Arthur Chouinard and Doris Chouinard. He is survived by: his children, Kevin Chouinard (Jodi), Kim Pinho (Ismael) and Donald Chouinard Jr. (Elizabeth); his grandchildren, Diana Chouinard, Bethany O'Brien (Brendan), David Pinho (Kelly), Derek Chouinard, Madison Chouinard, Hailey Chouinard, Mia Chouinard and Kylie Chouinard; and his great grandchildren, Logan O'Brien and Lena Pinho.
