He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Rho and Bernice Terry Rho. He is survived by: his siblings, Cynthia Rho of East Hartford and Kenneth Rho; his sister-in-law Linda Rho of South Carolina; his nieces, Madison, Victoria Tackett, Olivia and Carley Rho; and his significant other Miguel Cruz of East Windsor.
A funeral service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Rose Hill Memorial Park (580 Elm St, Rocky Hill, CT 06067).
