She was predeceased by: her parents, Luis Antonio Soldevila Valdivieso and Clorinda Luisa Soldevila; and her sons, Manuel Monagas, Jr. and Luis A. Soldevila. She is survived by: her children, Carmen Rodriguez Soldevila, Janette Rodriguez Soldevila and Maria Garcia-Alvarez. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
