He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfredo Maldonado and Alejandrina Maldonado (Gonzalez); and his siblings, Ana and Miguel. He is survived by: his wife Ramona; his children, Felix of Benjamin, JR, Magali, Luz Miriam, Yolanda, Ana Luz and Cilia; and his sisters, Clotilde (Blanca), Maltide (Negra), Elsa and Julia. He is also survived by spouses, sixteen grandchildren and their spouses, plus thirty great grandchildren.
