It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Anthony Joseph Wetmore of East Hartford, Connecticut, born in West Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on June 2, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Wetmore and Edith Wetmore (DeRose); his siblings, Herbert Wetmore, Janet DeMore and Mary Coiro; his granddaughter Amy Wetmore Buckley; and his great grandchildren, Claire and Abigail Buckley.
He is survived by: his wife Elsie Wetmore (Kloo); and his children, Diane Ward (Ralph) of Windsor, Teresa Carter (Anthony) of East Hartford, Steven Wetmore (Tina) of Feeding Hills, MA, Daniel Wetmore (Sally) of South Windsor, Donald Wetmore (Ann) of Newington, David Wetmore (Sharon) of Ellington, Anthony Jr. "Tony" Wetmore of East Hartford, Jack Wetmore (Cathleen) of Colchester, Christopher Wetmore (Mary Jane) of Fredericksburg, VA and Mary Hayes (Richard) of Bolton. He is also survived by grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
