He was predeceased by: his parents, Claudio Santos and Maria Pieadade Santos; and his siblings, Eva Perreira, Maria Alice Ramos and Artur Santos.
He is survived by: his wife Ermelinda Santos; his children, Alzira, Jorge Carvalho, Carlos and Margaret Santos; his grandchildren, Jamie Carvalho, Ashley, John Myers, Kyle Santos and Alyssa Santos; and his siblings, Armando Santos, Carlos Santos, Idalina Santos and Maria Victoria Sousa.
