He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Sheila H. Banas; his parents, Frank Banas and Zofia Oliwka Banas of East Hartford, CT.; his sons, Christopher H. Banas (Kelly), Matthew J. Banas (Deborah) and Thomas P. Banas (Laura); his grandchildren, Brennen, Olivia, Henry, Wesley, Mason and Alex; his brother Richard; his sisters-in-law, Kathleen DePalma (Andrew) and Patricia Leber (James); and his pet Bo Jangles. He was also cherished by five nieces and nephews.
