He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Burdick Heise; his children, Jamie McGuire (Jeff) of Berlin and Jason Burdick (Christen Pratt) of East Hampton; his siblings, Daniel Burdick, James Burdick, David Burdick, Peggy Radcliffe, Paula Agogliati, Pamela Rizy and Patricia McGlynn; his granddaughter Sophie Jacqueline McGuire (Marjorie Pratt); and his wife Jackie.
