He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Philip Katz and Sydell Katz (Endler); his wife Barbara Katz (Carraher); his children, Joseph Katz (Tirzah) of Brookline, MA, Laurie Smith (Edward) of Highland Mills, NY and Tracy King (Jeffrey) of Franklin, MA; his brother Robert Katz of Florida; his brother-in-law Joseph Carraher of Long Island, NY; and his grandchildren, Sydney, Theo and Jude.
