He was predeceased by: his parents, Lafayette Spencer and Stella Spencer; and his sister Eleanor Veile. He is survived by: his children, Scott Spencer of East Hampton, Steven Spencer of East Hampton and Sheryl Dolittle (David) of Middlefield; and his grandchildren, Abby, Jacob, Hannah, Ethan and Sydney.
