He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Eckert and Nettie Eckert (Buikus); and his son Michael. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Eckert (Andrade) of East Hampton; his grandson Jackson; his son Jeffrey (Amber); and his grandson Michael Jameson (Michael).
For the safety of everyone attending calling hours and services, the funeral home staff will be wearing masks and we encourage those attending to do so. Masks are mandatory for unvaccinated guests.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Robert's name may be made to the American Heart Association or American Lung Association.
