He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Chamberlain and Leilabelle Stevens Chamberlain. He is survived by: his children, Beverly Chamblerlain Cyranowicz (Brian) and Pavlo Galenko; his grandchildren, Alexander Reel, Kaitlyn Cyranowicz and Braydyn Cyranowicz; his great grandchildren, Parker, Shalyn and Dakota; his brother Steven Chamberlain (Judith); his niece Charlotte Chamberlain; and his nephews, Michael and Randy Chamberlain.
