Solomon of East Hampton, Connecticut, born in Queens, New York, who passed away on December 26, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Dollinger and Sylvia Dollinger (Herman). She is survived by: her husband Jack Solomon; her daughters, Sheri Leigh (George Keenan), Alyssa Solomon (John Czako) and Susan Adams (Justin Adams); her brothers, Michael Dollinger and Robert Dollinger (Susan); her grandchildren, Jason Eiker-Wiles, John Czako Jr., Nate Czako, Kess Czako, Oakley Adams and Benjamin Adams; and her great grandchild Bastian.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Janis' memory may be made to a scholarship created to encourage girls to enter the Sciences.
