With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gary R Nichisti of East Hampton, Connecticut, who passed away on April 13, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joesph Nichisti and Beatrice Nichisti (Daniels); his wife Edith "Honeygirl" Nichisti (Kowalski); his son Gary Nichisti Jr.; his siblings, Joseph Nichisti, Ronald Nichisti, Phylis Klimowski and June Siwicki; and his nephews, Steven Nichisti and Edward Siwicki.
He is survived by: his daughter Darlene Dubowsky (Alan); his grandchildren, Scott Guinazu (Andrea), Lisa Varni (Mike), Jason Dubowsky and Cheyenne; his great grandchildren, Olivia Varni, Logan Varni, Kolton Dubowsky and Braxton Dubowsky; his daughter-in-law Leslie Nichisti; and his sister-in-law Rejeane Nichisti. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and numerous other extended family.
